Once again this year, Grupo Intercom is in the TOP 10 Best Places to Work 2011

For the fourth year running, three companies incubated by Grupo Intercom, and Grupo Intercom itself, feature among the top ten positions in various categories.

The survey, carried out by the Great Place to Work® Institute, has recently published its 2011 ranking of the 50 best companies to work for in Spain, as rated by the employees, placing us at number six in the category for companies with between 250 and 500 employees.

In fact, 84% of our employees agree that Grupo Intercom is the best company to work for.

Some important characteristic features of the group's company culture are the horizontal structure of its system, its error management system, as well as flexibility and collaboration.

• Horizontal and accessible culture: 87% of people consider their bosses to be approachable — in fact, since the company was founded 15 years ago, nobody has ever had their own office!
• Error management: 85% feel that they have the freedom to make unintentional errors as part of the innovation and learning process.
• Total flexibility: 91% take time off work when necessary. This helps employees to balance their work and family responsibilities without problems.
• Collaboration: this is the key to sharing knowledge, and 89% believe there is a culture of collaboration within the company.
